Jenn and I would like to thank you for all your help in designing and building our new home. This was our first new home construction and we were very nervous taking on this project while not living locally. You made this process very manageable utilizing technology and meeting with me at those off times to review the plans, changes or at the construction site.  

Your honesty and passion to get the project done right is very appreciated from the changing of lots, assisting with vendor appointments & design ideas, you made our dream a reality! As an example our kitchen and stairs would have never turned out the way they did without your help, especially “the beam”.

  We had talked and dreamed of building a home for about 20 years.  Once the decision was made, Chris, John and Sierra Homes made it one of the easiest things we had ever done.  From picking and modifying the design of the house to wallking in the front door the day of closing, it was a wonderful and exciting experience.  We visited our home a couple of times each week throughout the building process and anytime we had questions or concerns, Chris or John were there to answer them.  We just celebrated our second anniversary in our home and honestly haven't had problems or trouble with the house at all.  It's truly our dream house.  I would, and have, recommended Sierra Homes to others looking for a builder who has integrity, vision and high standards.  If we ever were to build a home again it would only be if Sierra Homes would tackle the job.  Thanks Chris and John!!!

While preparing to build a new home, we spoke with several area builders. Sierra homes had the most to offer for the budget we were trying to maintain. Although upon our initial call to Sierra, the Custom Built Homes portion of the sign was intimidating to our budget. Chris builds beautiful homes! Quality craftsmanship and a builder with a personality to match. Chris designed a home for us with everything we wanted for the budget we were on. We are very proud to have had him build our first new home and look forward to working with him again. That would not be the case if our experience was not good. We all hear the horror stories of building a new home, and I don’t have one of those stories! Sierra Homes, Chris, John, Gary, Sandy and the crew were all great to work with and I recommend talking with them to people looking for a newly built home. Thank you Chris for helping us to accomplish our dream!
